anyway, today i started work after the long week of holiday.....seriously, it was the first time eversince i started to work, that i felt so damn shitty about going to work...
lol...frankly speaking, it was the first time i hated to wake up to go to work...LOL..
guess too much playing and relaxing around already...haha...

well, i guess it's back to the usual life again.....
the one thing i missed is .....TO GO TO GYM ONCE AGAIN...><
really, my body really itches to go back to the gym to sweat it out....
i really really need to shed off these kgs that i've piled on during the CNY holidays...
it's as if i had buffet for 1 whole week.....

i didn't feel hungry AT ALL..!!!

anyway, it was really fun this time (cny)....with the gambling and birthdays happening on the same week......it was a real blast..!!
i got almost everything i wished for this birthday! (and more!)
- a mattress for my new room (thanks MOM AND DAD!!)

CNY Resolution

okay, now that i my Fitness First membership is frozen for a month (February), i believe i need to post up something motivational so that i don't grow sideways....
Chinese New Year is already knocking at the door and to quote Tiffany,

WHAT'S CHINESE NEW YEAR IF YOU DON'T EAT?!?! CHINESE NEW YEAR IS ABOUT EATING....!!!
YOU EAT BAK KUA, COOKIES, ORANGES, etc etc....

true enough, Chinese New Year is the time when you meet up with friends, relatives and well...long lost human beings that you've not seen.....
When meeting up is concerned, there is bound to be food served..LOL...

So, let's see...Chinese New Year lasts for 15 days....maybe i'll only permit myself to indulge for 10 days.....i wonder if that's too much?
But indulging in moderation should be ok...i think....

Once February is done, it's time to hit hte Gym again....this time, i'll be going to the extreme, whereby i work out 7 days straight....
Monday to Friday will be with Tiffany, whereelse weekends, i'll go to the Bukit Tinggi branch with Tsu....

Well, it's to train for my 10km run on the 27th, AS WELL AS getting my body prep for GACC...
(nope, wouldn't want tummy and fats buldging everywhere..LOL!)

OMFG....i was shocked and kinda stunned today.....!!!
ok ok....let me rewind and tell it in a chronological order...i'm fumbling with words now...(or..er...fingers? since i'm typing now..hahaha..)

it all started AFTER 6pm.....Tiffany and gang sort of said there was some kinda of briefing downstairs at the conference room....
i was like...ERRr...i did not get any email on it leh...am i like ....invovled? coz i mean, don't wanna be kaypoh la...LOL......

but then they all were like..OI..6pm liao..faster leh...go go....
i was like..'SHITZ...my Flash, Illustrator and Photoshop still open and it is opened with A LOT of files summore...=_=...shut down would require like...15 mins sia....'

When i finally shut down my machine, i walked out and WHOA...semua orang hilang....
i thought ' WAH...this time sure die liao.....late for briefing liao.....kanasai liao la...'
so cepat cepat run down la.....
when i reached downstairs, kenneth and felicia were like..CANOT GO IN LIAO...i was like..die liao..lagi jialat liao la....late until canot masuk.....first time sia...=_=

when i masuk, aiks.....nothing happen yet.....so i was like my normal self la..walking around and taking the mic holder, acting as if it's an award giving ceremony...
as usual, i gave my 'speech' la.....
mana tau, give give half way, they turned off the lights.....at first i thought briefing cancelled....kanasai kena tipu stay back...
and then......smelled something fishy liao.....
i heard songs.....BIRTHDAY song summore...LOL...

seriously, i was stunned....i don't know what reaction to give....=_=
i stood there like a 'gong kia'.....holding on to the mic stand summore.!!!!
so yeah, my fellow collegues threw a surprise PRE birthday celebration for me....

Putrajaya Night Run 2010

WOHOoo......my first run for 2010 just ended...
ok, i know it's just a mere 5km, but hey...it's a start...!!
I don't know why, but this is my first run that i did not feel breathless, or huffing and puffing away after the run ended...

I mean, after i reached the finishing gate, i felt that i could still go for another 5km..SERIOUSLY!!!!!

ANYWAY, this fun was definitely fun....with crazy antics from Des, Yatze and Grace....LOL...
like they always say, the more the merrier......^^
nope, no photos..YET, because yours truly here has no OMFGWTHBBQ AWESOME handphone that could take nice photos.......T^T
lol...a little jealous of those with good camera phones now...haha..*stares at Tiff*

ok...digressed there already...GAH!!
back to topic.!!!!
so, about the run....hmm..
it was a real good experience running at night...well, first off, we wont be TANNED!! XD and there were crickets singing (though, i couldn't really hear because i was blasting away the mp3 on my handphone)

OHHH..btw, i saw a REAL NICE place for photoshoots now..!!!!
looks kinda nice if you manage to get the correct angle.....(it was more of run + sightseeing at night)
Putrajaya really looks awesome at night, with the lights on and all, it looks like....er....space...haha..

but yeah, DISCOVERED ANOTHER NEW PLACE FOR PHOTOSHOOTS!!!!
and i think it's kinda easy to get there...just follow precint 3....!!! WOHOOoo.......
(hopefully i remember till our next photoshoot la..LOL)

ok....hopefully i'll get the photos from the girls soon, so i could brag further about the run..LOL

Gosh, i spent like RM300 for all these stuffs here.....but kinda glad i FINALLY GOT VOiCE iDOL FMA!!!! The rest were from the Parkson Sale...all those make up and facial stuffs were selling like hot cakes! they were sold at such a low price, i doubt anyone could resist....RM20? RM15? and In2it Eyeliner for RM6??? WTF?!?! lol.....oh, and that pants, was on 80% sale....it was only RM24.....LOL.....but somehow after adding up EVERYTHING, it reached about RM200++......(sikit sikit, lama lama jadi gunung....0_0)

OH..!! there's also this.....

also from the same forumer i got the FMA stuffs from.....I couldn't resist Chibified GUNDAM Seed Characters...they are just too cute..!! XD

the figurines were bought off a forumer and all those figurines for RM100 only....damn cheap..!! XD

Pre Birthday Celebration

WEeee.....first of all, i know i've been emo these past few days....
i have friends asking my why....but seriously, i don't even know why...
I could easily sit at a spot, and tears would just start to fall......it's unexplainable...

But to all my caring friends out there....i'm alright now ya...XD(lol, maybe it's hormonal imbalance? LOL)

ANYWAY~~~~
today after work, i headed to Sunway Pyramid (YEs, again...LOL) for a pre birthday makan makan with my ex collegue, Irene as well as Lai Yee and Felicia (aka MiSiao)

It was great seeing Irene again....kinda missed her voice for some reason...hahahaha.....
and all those trash talk we all had was FUN!
OH OH...Felicia was one crazy one.....
First, she deposited money (and we waited a HELL LONG QUEUE for that...maklumla, Maybank...)
THEN, about 20 mins later, she went and withdraw her money.....LOL!!!

we were like...'FELICIA...APA LU BUAT?!?!?'
Oh...and...she made a HUGE 1.6meter teddy bear 'tumbang' in Mini Toons...
(HOMG...did i mention that I LOVE THAT TEDDY BEAR SO DAMN MUCH!?!?! the fur is so damn fluffy..!!! XD XD i think i wanna go order mine...maybe as a gift for myself for my birthday..haha)

ANYWAy, we ate at Pasta de Gohan...and no...we were too absorbed in talking and eating, we forgot to take photos...(YOU SEE PEOPLE?!?!?! WE FORGOT TO TAKE PHOTOS!!!!! ><)
but by golly...THE SALMON TASTED HEAVENLY!!!!
one of the BEST SALMON I'VE EATEN!!!!!!

then we jalan jalan, searching for 'GUYS'....(actually, we were searching for Guy's clothing....for Irene's sister......but when she was about to say 'Guy's Clothing', she accidentally stopped at 'GUYS' --btw, it was in cantonese --)

so the entire night we were going around saying ' NGOR TEI YIU WAN LAM YAN'..LOL
it was so damn hilarious......LOL....

seriously, people, i really enjoyed my night....
and i thank you guys from the bottom of my heart...
Felicia, Irene, Lai Yee....thank you so so much for the dinner...
It wasn't gifts and food that made me happy.....It was the company....

i got so furious, i overtook the car and saw him with her daughter (or mistress) in the car....

Stretching before exercise is BAD!

OK..now tell me, which genius was it that suggested before we do any form of exercise, we have to stretch?

got that genius is less than a genius..in fact, he could be the worlds retarded asshole.....

you see, being as gullible as i am, i stretched my muscles before my badminton session last night...

and 5 minutes into the game, i pulled a muscle on my right thigh..

from then, the entire session sucked...

it sucked so much that i did not even ran out of breath for the 2 hours played last night.

it was the SUCKIEST session i've ever played eversince i picked up the racquet and started learning badminton.

i hope this fucked up muscle could cure by Saturday....I have a 5km run and this fucked up muscle is making things worse......

My whole day was practically shitty before this session, and i thought that playing this could let me vent out whatever discomfort i felt...

but NOOoo..it added oil to the fire...

and the shitty feeling is STILL here...this very second...

i am feeling this immense hatred, something which i could not explain logically..

the feeling of not wanting to talk to anyone, the feeling of not wanting to see anyone, the feeling of i-dont-fucking-care-about-anything.....yeah, it's there.

lol.....this saturday is my FIRST EVER NIGHT RUN!!!
well, ok.....although i only joined the 5km fun run, it's an experience....i think...haha..
but well, will blog on that AFTER i actually ran..

ANYWAY~~~
i joined another run...LOL..in March..
this time it's organised by Energizer...or something like that...
guess i'll have to be the Energizer bunny..?

kinda got interested in the goodies that they'll give...like the light cap, and also their adidas vest...this will by far be my longest distance run..
previously i ran 6 km, and this weekend would be the 5km..(ala, takut ma...later pengsan how!?)
The energizer one would be 10km...

lol...need lotsa trainning for this, though...i could easily complete 5km now....i've been running since January to boost up my stamina, so i'm not THAT worried about the 5km one..
it's the 10km one which is..er...well, 'challenging' i would say?

looks like i'll need lots of 'UMPH' songs...*goes dig through my Itunes*
