CNY Resolution

okay, now that i my Fitness First membership is frozen for a month (February), i believe i need to post up something motivational so that i don't grow sideways....
Chinese New Year is already knocking at the door and to quote Tiffany,

WHAT'S CHINESE NEW YEAR IF YOU DON'T EAT?!?! CHINESE NEW YEAR IS ABOUT EATING....!!!
YOU EAT BAK KUA, COOKIES, ORANGES, etc etc....

true enough, Chinese New Year is the time when you meet up with friends, relatives and well...long lost human beings that you've not seen.....
When meeting up is concerned, there is bound to be food served..LOL...

So, let's see...Chinese New Year lasts for 15 days....maybe i'll only permit myself to indulge for 10 days.....i wonder if that's too much?
But indulging in moderation should be ok...i think....

Once February is done, it's time to hit hte Gym again....this time, i'll be going to the extreme, whereby i work out 7 days straight....
Monday to Friday will be with Tiffany, whereelse weekends, i'll go to the Bukit Tinggi branch with Tsu....

Well, it's to train for my 10km run on the 27th, AS WELL AS getting my body prep for GACC...
(nope, wouldn't want tummy and fats buldging everywhere..LOL!)
