well, i think there is a series of ranting coming from me for the next 7 days..

recently, i stumbled upon a very 'interesting' thread in a rather famous forum....
and there's this thread stating 'XXXX cosplay plans....STRICTLY NO SPAMMING'
basically, it's to state cosplay plans for the XXXX event coming up.
it's clearly stated no spamming there, but somehow all i see in the thread are spams...
why? well, it's stated like this..
day 1 :Secret
day 2 : Unable to reveal
IF IT IS SO, why bother posting at all?
yeah, i know i'm being a busybody reading those thread..but i just happen to click on it out of curiousity....
Seriously, i do not understand why people are trying so hard to show others that their plans are secret....
IF you do not want to reveal, then just SHUT UP.....why bother posting at all?
What's the point of the thread anyway? i just dont see why the mods aren't doing anything at all.....
Why are people being so secretive of their cosplays anyway?
It's becoming a competition now rather than something we enjoy together.....
Everyone is trying to outdo everyone....
some wants to be the 'FIRST COMPLETE GROUP'...some wants to be the 'FIRST TO COSPLAY THAT VERSION'......WHY?
whatever happened to the 'working together, having fun together' part?
Yes, i do not deny the fact that i occasionally thought of doing a version no others have done before..but after that thought flashed through my mind, i sort of 'self redeemed' by questionning myself WHY DO I HAVE THAT THINKING in the first place...
and then i just simply shook off the idea..i'll only do it IF i like it...not to compete with anyone....yes, that's my way of a cosplayer....
I'm doing it for the fun and passion..not competition....

If u wanna keep it a secret, why post it up?
And it saddens me to see cosplaying becomes some sort-of competitive "sport" where people are out to out-do each other :(
agreed. thats y the newbie cosplayers are moved to that way. but some of the old cosplayers still did that. >_>
about the XX thread u mentioned, later i go tegur them ok? =D sorry la as a mod i dint do my job well. LOL

if it's secret, then don't say anything....why wanna contradict themselves?
LOL...though, it's just me..that's why i dind't say anything on that thread....thus, ranting it in my realm here..hahaha....
