WHOa...my diet today....

WOW....i think it's been a while since i last managed to go through a full strict diet for a full day..
well, dunno why though....maybe i have no appetite......i just...didn't feel hungry....^^;;;

Breakfast
- Bread and Vegetable Juice
- 1 piece of Guava

Pre Lunch
- Biscuits

Lunch
- 2 Slices of Wholemeal bread with tuna/vege/chilli sauce/pepper (yes..i have funny tastebuds)
- 1 glass of Soyabean
- 1 Slice of Pineapple

Tea
- 1 Packet of Munchy Biscuits (3 small pieces)
- Plain water

Dinner (Pre workout)
- Wholemeal Chicken Sandwich from Rotiboy
- Plain Water

After workout
- Coffee~~~~~~ (yes, i know it's unhealthy)
- 1 slice of Guava

..........................................................



ANd that's that for today....
No wonder i'm feeling damn tired now.......LOL...
Let's see how long i can take from this crash course ya....
