It's always your mistake...

Once upon a time, there lived a king and his subjects in FELIOBI kingdom. The king's words are always absolute, and one thing that his subjects hated was that the king often sides other countries more than his own.

One day, the king received a necklace from a neighboring country, and that the neighboring country wants the king's nation to add jewels into the necklace, for the king's country is well known for it's craftmanship. HOWEVER, the one criteria for that is that they must NEVER touch the buckle of the necklace.
The king took the necklace, and passed it to one of his subjects, and told that subject that under no matter what circumstances, he should never damage, change nor alter the buckle.....
The subject remembered it and engraved it into his mind...knowing that one little mistake could mean his life.

Thus, the subject began working on the necklace, bearing in mind not to change or alter anything that is on the buckle.

When it was the time to pass back the necklace to the king, the king then questioned the subject..

King : WHY DIDNT YOU CHANGE THE BUCKLE!!? it looks horrendous!!!
Subject : because your highness, you specifically told me not to change or alter anything on the buckle.
King : BUT you should change it!!! it looks horrendous now!
Subject : but your highness.....i only did but what you told me to.
King : I DONT CARE!!!! IT IS ALL YOUR FAULT THAT THE NECKLACE IS SO HORRIBLE LOOKING!

after that, the subject is thrown into the dungeon and forgotten.

OKAYYy......enough of bedtime stories...
so, what should you think the subject should've done. The king's words are absolute, however the king contradicts himself ALWAYS.
If you are the subject, what would you have done?

Well, the situation is as such.....no matter what you do, it's always your fault. Whether or not you change the buckle, the fault is always yours...the mistake is always yours..never the king's.
Well....that's how...life is.....
sad as it may be, life is always unfair.
